Of those pursuing ice and rock, the new SCEPTER 35 pack carries abilities unseen previously before. Its our smaller, new authority in pack modularity that excels in moraine, talus navigation, or the headwall project.
The SCEPTER 35 is designed to adapt to the requirements of the user while maintaining functionality of use with gloved hands. A double-hooked and form-fitting lid detaches to expose separate wet and dry compartments and was made to capture a rope secured between itself and the main body of the pack. Multiple tool attachment points, composite framing and compression straps cover the external body and are removable. As is the low profile Alpine waist belt. Situational based modular-adjustability to meet the demands you need in the moment of your Type 2 enjoyment.
Getting Your Size
The key to a confortable pack load is the properly fitting backpack. We've designed a more custom fit into our packs with simple sizing based off two measurements. To find the appropriate size waist and york for your pack, collect the following two measurements, then reference the sizing chart below.
Waist Circumference
Measure around your waist just above the top of your hip bones (roughly two fingers below your belly button).
Torso
Use a tailors tape measure or string and have a friend measure between the bony bump at the base of your neck (C7 vertebra) to the spot on your spine that is just behind your belly button.
