* Merf, I had a lion hunter last year wearing those boots. He agreed with you until we started side hilling over icy terrain. I'm not sure if it was him or The tread pattern but he spent more time sliding down hill sideways on his rear end than cutting country. He started complaining about my boots and traction relative to his and I told him you can't compare a Volkswagen to a Ferrari. 😂
