Lightsaber
I mainly use the flashlight for night hunting. I purchased after watching a few reviews on youtube. I really like the overall build quality and that the manufacturer stands by its warranties. The only thing I don't t like is the red green filter lens caps are surrounded in rubber and seat into the face of the flashlight via pressure and can and will pop off when jostled. I would have liked for them to have some sort of locking feature but overall not a terrible setback. The throw is not as far as advertised with the filters but without them its a damn laser beam. If you looking to mount it to a rifle Fenix makes all the fixings to do so at extra cost. The rechargeable battery they include is also very nice and I get the advertised battery life out of all modes except the maximum setting. Overall I will be purchasing more in the future and I believe that this brand is worth the money.
Bright like the Sun!
The LR35R Rechargeable Flashlight-10000 Lumens is the fourth Fenix light I've purchased and by far the brightest. Fenix is probably one of the few brands that actually live up to the lumens they advertise. As you can see in the photo, this light not only throws the beam far, but also wide. I added the photo without the light on for comparison. On its highest setting, the light does get super hot, so you have be careful you don't set it on something that can melt. The light even comes with a warning about putting it near flammable material!! That's how intense the light is. The on/off switch can be difficult but not impossible to find in the dark. You just have to feel for it. It toggles through the different intensities with ease and even has a strobe feature. Although it's a little heavier than I'd like, the LR35R will be my go-to light for backpacking along with my Fenix headlamp. Shipping was super fast, and it arrived in about four or five days. Fenix lights are worth the price.
