If you are a guide you will want to go with either the Leica 10x42 or the Swarovski 10x42. If you are an avid hunter and need a more affordable option go with the high-end Vortex option.
I go basic with food. The more time you spend cooking the less time your hunting. No fires, use small efficient burners.
Mountain House
Extreme weather requires layers to adapt to ever-changing conditions. My best recommendation: no cotton clothing. Always have multiple layers that dry quickly. Do not hesitate to change into wet clothes.

Use the firearms and bows that you are comfortable with and have the quality to withstand the weather conditions.
Any synthetic stock/stainless barrel firearm that you are comfortable with. Always bring enough gun!
