Terms & Conditions

RESERVATION: We require a $500 deposit per hunter to confirm the dates. We will not consider your hunt dates confirmed until we receive your deposit even though we may have agreed upon dates. Once you have drawn your tag, we will set you up with your exact hunt dates and at that time require 1⁄2 of the total hunt cost to complete your deposit.

REFUND POLICY: Deposits are nonrefundable. The only exception being if you do not draw a Wyoming license. If you are unsuccessful in drawing a license, you may 1.) Leave your deposit with us, making reservations for the next season. 2.) Request a refund of the Booking Deposit. You will receive your refund with-in 60 days if you do not choose to roll it over to the next year. Once a deposit is paid and a Wyoming license is issued, you are responsible for the entire cost of the hunt. There are absolutely NO refunds on any payments received. No rate reductions or extra days will be given if hunters leave before the conclusion of their hunt or fail to arrive at the prearranged dates.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be NO refund of deposit or hunt balance once payment has been made as we can not refill the space.

SAFETY and LIABILITY: We make every effort to help you have an enjoyable and safe vacation with us. However, riding horses, hunting, fishing, wading rivers and streams, and other activities associated with your hunting package, by their very nature involves some risk. We assume no liability or responsibility for personal injury or belongings. The guests hereby waives all claims for damages or loss to their person or property which may be caused by an act, or failure to act, on the part of Boulder Basin Outfitters, its owners or employees, and further covenants not to sue, institute any action of suit of law or equity against us or our employees, or any government entity on which we operate.

PHOTOGRAPHY: We reserve the right to use photographs taken during these trips for advertising purposes.
