Bookings are done on a first come, first serve basis. Only a deposit will hold a spot.
Each member of your group is required to send $500 USD deposit per hunter. This deposit is to be received within 14 days of your phone reservation.
Deposits are required by "all members" of your hunting group to ensure that the requested dates are reserved. Otherwise, your group risks having all deposits returned in lieu of another group who has their deposits paid. The onus is on the group organizer to ensure all group members are aware of this booking policy.
Cancellation outside of 90 days receives a credit extended to one year. Cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable. Full payment is due upon arrival.
