Pricing Details

TROPHY HUNTING FOR 2015

					 - These prices are for trophy hunting in the Eastern Cape of South Africa.
					 - Hunts in other provinces can be arranged, but will be quoted separately.
					 - Big "Dangerous" game hunts are also offered in different areas and will also be quoted according to the area and animals required.
				

Daily rates:

(1x1) $ 450 per hunter per day. (2x1) $ 400 per hunter per day.

$ 225 per day for observers.

All daily rates will attract a 14% VAT tax.

PACKAGES FOR 2015.

• 10 Days; 11 nights & 8 animals. $ 7999 or $ 10500 to be shared

        between two hunters.

        Observers will be charges at $ 225 per day.

Cape Springbuck

• 7 days; 8 Nights & 6 animals .$ 6999 or

      $ 8750 to be shared between two hunters.

     Observers will be charged at $ 225 per day.

Terms & Conditions

TERMS

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
• A 50 % deposit of the daily rate will secure a booking.
• Deposits secure a booking of a particular year and date, and not necessarily the prices of the year the deposit was made.
• The balance of payments are to made in full at the end of the safari.
• Payments are to be made in either cash or direct bank transfers. Transfers into our Wells Fargo account in the US are preferred.
• Daily rates are charged per hunting day and not per night in camp.
• Trophy fees are payable on all animals killed or wounded and must be paid before departure from the hunting camp. Prices are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS

• The deposit serves as confirmation of the agreement and arrangements between the client and outfitter.
• Cancellations are to be made in writing.( email is preferred.)
• Deposits are only refundable if the safari is cancelled at least twelve months before the start date of the safari. An alternate date for the safari can also be arranged between the client and outfitter. A hunting contract between the hunter and outfitter must be signed before a booking is confirmed.
