Our property consists of 80% timber and 20% agricultural. We have worked very diligently to get our hunting land set and our stands in place for our hunters to harvest that TROPHY whitetail. With persistence and patience our hunters will be successful. Our location has created the greatest opportunity in the world as a trophy white-tailed deer hunter; to hunt the low pressured rut crazed monster whitetails of the Midwest. Every hunter should experience this opportunity at least once. Our goal here at HTO is to give our clients the greatest experience hunting they have ever had. We truly believe our farms are the best of the best and we work 24/7 on them to insure this. We have great pride in our operation. We are very low-pressured taking only a select number of hunters to our properties. It also helps greatly having neighbors who practice the same management programs we have in place; almost 90% of Buffalo County practices the 130″ minimum.

Pricing Details

You will be hunting 100% fair chase bucks – NO FENCES – in their natural environment. You will be fully guided to and from tree stands and blinds from one of our highly experienced guides. We will accommodate you in any way we can to make your hunt of a lifetime memorable!

Terms & Conditions

We only harvest bucks scoring 140″ Pope & Young or larger. NO EXCEPTIONS! There is a $500 penalty assessed for bucks shot below this minimum. The penalty is doubled if a buck is shot below this minimum on the last two days of your hunt. Our goal is not to collect any "penalties", but if we do it will go toward our food plot program to enhance antler growth.

Reserving your hunt: Contact us to insure the availability of hunting dates. A deposit of $500 will reserve your hunting date. Half of remaining balance due 60 days after booking, with final balance due by August 1. If you cancel after June 1st, no money will be refunded unless we are able to re-book your date.
