FDH operates in Pike county Illinois where we focus our efforts to ensure you a quality based Illinois hunting experience on over 3,200 acres of managed whitetail habitat. Full Draw Lodge, located south of Pittsfield , is centrally located to all of our strictly managed and 100% ARCHERY ONLY properties.

Come hunting season, our farms go untouched until the last week of October as the pre rut and rut begins, which only lasts a total of 5 weeks. When you combine this with the fact that we are fortunate to have a client base of hard core & scent conscious hunters, it is easy to see why we are able to have the success that we have. FDH is operated on 100% fair chase privately owned farms where there are absolutely NO TROPHY FEES. We do enforce a 4.5 year old minimum on all FDH farms. This policy aids us in providing one of the best opportunities available at trophy and more importantly, mature whitetails.

Thank you for deciding to book your next Illinois whitetail hunt with Full Draw Hunt Co.. The first step in the process is to call Taylor Thomas 865-809-5610 to inquire about available dates and pricing. You can also Taylor at fulldrawhuntcompany@(url removed). Once your dates and season has been selected, you will be emailed a standard Full Draw Hunt Co. Hunter Contract which will need to be printed off, filled out and mailed back to FDH with your deposit.

Deposits Full Draw Hunt Co. requires a 50% deposit to book your hunt with your balance being due by August 1st of the year of your hunt. Special arrangements can be made if necessary. All deposits are Non Refundable but can be deferred to a later hunt no less than 45 days prior to your hunt dates. Once your deposit has been received and processed, your dates are officially booked and it's time to start preparing for your upcoming Illinois whitetail hunt.

Permits & Licenses Full Draw Hunt Co. can assist you throughout the entire Illinois permit process thanks to our vast knowledge of the online system. FDH is extremely detail oriented when it comes to every aspect of your hunt and the permit process is no exception. All hunters will need 3 items- a Non Resident Archery Permit, a 5 Day or Full Season Hunting License and a Habitat Stamp.

Management Policies Full Draw Hunt Co. operates under a strict management program with long term goals and success in mind. In order to ensure that these goals are met and exceeded, FDH has a strict 4.5 year old minimum. Instead of simply putting a score out there, we feel this policy does more to ensure that our common 120-140″ two and three year old bucks are at least guaranteed a pass until they are 4.5 years old. There is a $1,500 fine that will be assessed for any buck not meeting our management criteria and will be determined on a case by case basis.
