Payment Information

• Hunt Packages are non-refundable but transferrable
• Packages booked within 30 days of the hunt must be paid fully at the time of booking
• We accept Credit Cards Cash and checks

Cancellation Policy

• *Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another hunter within the same hunting season. The reason for this is that when we "book" your dates we turn away all other hunters who were interested in that same hunt.

Cancelled hunts are not refunded but insurance can be purchased contat us for details.

Gratuities

• (Customary but not required) Wranglers / Guides: 15-20% of the hunt price
