Description

Big Game Management Unit 40, located on Glade Park, just a short drive south from Grand Junction, in Western Colorado. Twisted Tine Outfitters is permitted to hunt on the BLM and some private ranches. If you want to see big bucks then this is the hunt for you! This unit has a high opportunity of shooting 160"+ Deer. There are multiple 180" to 190"+ inch deer taken every year. Since it is a trophy area, it takes preference points to draw. Please look at the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Website or give us a call to discuss your options.

If you do not draw your unit 40 deer tag, land owner vouchers maybe available. The price of the vouchers do vary year to year, so please give us a call to help you find a landowner with vouchers.

Payment Information

• Booking Fee due at time of booking.
• Balance needs to be paid in cash, cashiers check, money order or certified funds upon the Guest arriving for the hunt.

Cancellation Policy

• If a Guest cancels the hunt before 180 days before the first day of the hunt, the Guest is entitled to a full refund of the booking fee. • If a Guest cancels the hunt 90 days before the first day of the hunt, the Guest is entitled to a refund of 100% of the booking fee, provided either the Guest or the Company finds a replacement hunter. If no replacement hunter is booked the Guest is entitled to a 50% refund of the booking fee.
• If a Guest cancels the hunt under 90 days till the first day of the hunt, the Guest is entitled to no refund of the booking fee.

Gratuities

• Customary, but not required
• Guides: 10-20% of the hunt price
