Description

Superior Whitefish are delicious table fare, white flaky meat, this is one of the few fish that we target for harvest. These Fish Migrate out of Flathead lake to spawn in the fall through early winter. The move through the river system in large schools of fish. The most productive way to catch these fish is on light tackle with jigs. We also will fly fish for whitefish as well when on a productive bite or when conditions allow. We most commonly use the jet boat to cover the most amount of water to find fish and stay on the bite for this particular trip.
