5000 continuous acres on a working farm. Sloughs, food plots, harvested fields. All wild birds. Field lunches provided. Lodge sleeps 10. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry.

Pricing Details

50% non-refundable deposit. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits are non-refundable but transferrable to another hunter for the same dates. Rates are per person-6 person minimum. Minimum rates required to book.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations made within 120 days of the scheduled hunt cannot be refunded or credited but can be transferred to another hunter for the same dates. In the case of severely inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule your hunt for the same year or carry the dates to the following year. Deposits/Dates cannot be carried for more than one calendar year. arriving late for a scheduled hunt or leaving a hunt in progress for whatever reason will not result in a refund not will any refunds or credits be made for unused part of a hunt
