Payment Information

• deposit are non-refundable
• Hunts booked need $1000 deposit to hold your week and the remainder paid before hunt starts
• No credit cards. Cash and checks only

Cancellation Policy

• non-refundable deposits unless death in the immediate family member or severe injury/ illness rendered hunter from hunting
• Cancelled hunts are not refunded, but a replacement may be found

Gratuities

• Customary, but not required
• Guides: 15-20% of the hunt price
• Cook: $50 per guest
