Description

Our Blacktail Deer hunts are conducted on private Northern California ranches in Mendocino County. Mendocino County is the pinnacle of blacktail deer hunting with more Boone and Crockett and Pope and Young blacktail bucks taken here than anywhere else that holds Columbia blacktail. Our diverse terrain of rolling hills, forests, canyons, and brush with an abundance of natural springs provides an ideal environment for an authentic spot and stalk hunt. With the low hunting pressure, one on one guiding and premium ranches this is a high success hunt.

We hunt in both the A and B zones for our deer hunts which is an over the counter tag. A zone archery will open in July with the general season opening in August and continuing into late September. B zone archery will open in August with the general season opening in September and continuing into late October. We can also accommodate a hunt for those who draw a late season M11 (Muzzeloader) or A30 (Archery) tag.
