This jacket exceeded expectations. It says it's waterproof and windproof. No problems there. I was out on a boat on Table Rock Lake in Branson, Missouri and it was cold and very windy. This jacket is exactly what Habit claims it to be. I didn't feel any wind and did not get wet on my upper body. Great Product! I will be purchasing this brand again in the near future.
