Challenging program.
So I was looking for an at home program to help fill in the days when I don't go into the gym and this fulfilled my needs. The program is well laid out with all the information that you need to understand the workout for the day and how to do the exercises. It is broken into 3 levels for beginners, intermediates, and elite individuals. Basically the reps are different between the levels. The program is definitely challenging and will kick your butt if you put the work in. It does say no equipment but the first week calls for a pull-up bar so just know that. I would say the only other complaint I have heard is that it says it is a 30 minute workout. It is close to that for the main part of the workout but when you add in that it takes close to 10 minutes for the warmup and 5+ for the cool down you are actually getting closer to 45 to 60 minutes to complete the program each day. Other than that I really like the program and feel like it has definitely help prepare me for hunting this fall.

Just when you thought you were in shape... Think again!!
I spend more days on the mountain than the average guy. As a hunting guide I try to stay in top physical shape through the year. I felt like the 30-30 program would be something easy to keep me busy on the days I wasn't able to hit the hill. Boy was I wrong! It has taken my fitness and capabilities to the next level. I love that it's something I can do anywhere and no weights or pieces of equipment involved.
