I am the LOU Vice President of tidal water bass fishing. I am a USCG captain and licensed fishing guide in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and District of Columbia. I specialize in largemouth and smallmouth bass as well as snakeheads and stripers. I am pursuing my dream after completing 27 years as a police detective. Fishing and the outdoors has been my passion for over 45 years.
