So starting out it was a pain in the butt because I wasn't aware my firmware was outdated. If you buy immediately check the Spypoint site to make sure you have the most up to date firmware, install it on to the camera and then you're golden. I pay yearly so it's $10 a month. If you don't it's $12 to $15 a month I believe. Since getting the proper firmware the camera is awesome. Battery life is staying strong and it's sending pics left and right. Good quality pictures as well but I would get as close to your target area as possible otherwise it'll be a little blurry to count points. Of course you'll be able to see the pictures clear as day once you get the card out and download the pictures. Great camera just needs to come with the most up to date firmware. If I were to change one thing it would be to send HD photos without having to pay for them in the plan. Only time you can see them hd otherwise is by physical uploading the pics to a device with the sd card.
