Best waterproof bag for travel

I needed a computer bag for an Alaska trip, and the High Water backpack was just the ticket. The bag is lightweight and compact, but it can store a lot of gear. While maintaining a minimalist design, it has sleeves to keep your computer and tablet in place. There is a mesh pouch i the lid for easy access to items like wallet, ticket, toiletries, etc. The best part about this bag is that I can be counted as a personals bag and stored under seat in airplane to allow for an additional carry-on.
