Great Service and warranty.

It was time to buy a really good pair of binoculars, I had heard good things about Maven, and liked the fact that they were a smaller western US owned company. I ordered a pair of 12X50 B6 binoculars. There was disaster at the beginning, as I dropped them on the floor as I first took them out of the box. I knocked one of the barrels a bit off round, but felt they seemed good otherwise. Overtime, I realized that they seemed slightly out of alignment, but really didn't consider sending them in for repairs, as they were clear and I use them almost daily. I was passing through Lander, WY last week and had the binoculars, so I stopped into there home office to ask them if they were repairable and if it was worth it.

The guy at the front desk said sure, and he would put them right on the desk of the repair tech to look at them. The long and short was that I left them, and in the next few days had several correspondences with the repair technician as she had some questions and had discovered a few problems as a result to the drop. In less than a week, she wrote me that the binoculars were repaired and had passed all optical tests to their high standards, and she was shipping them back. Their optics are on the top rung, and their service could not be topped.

This was all due to damage caused by me, and it was covered in a few days, all under warranty. I couldn't be more impressed with their quality, or their customer service. I can recommend Maven, they are on a level with, or exceeding the highest quality brands. I now own two pairs of Mavens and probably a spotting scope in the future.
