Defective Out of the Box

I will start by saying that i am a big fan Zeiss Optics and will continue to use their products--I know things aren't always perfect. For example, I bought a Conquest V4 6x24x50, and it arrived, new out of the box, with slanted crosshairs, which disallowed me to level the scope properly on the gun. I emailed Guidefitter, and they got me all set up to return it. My only frustration would be that the scope was defective new out of box and I had to pay $40 to ship it back for warranty. I'm still waiting for it to be returned, but I look forward to getting it back soon and using it this fall.
