Honestly, didn't expect much from this target considering the low price. It's actually a great little target. I shoot pretty often with a 65 yd range in my back yard. I use my normal target (Black Hole) to work on groups and consistency, then when I finish shooting I save the last 3-arrow group for the Shooter Buck. Shooting at the 3-D target changes your perspective and helps in situational shooting. I'll mix it up... changing the angle of the buck from broadside to quartering away, I'll change up my own position shooting downhill and uphill etc. The arrows are a bit difficult to pull, but that's because the body of the deer is the size of a fawn... forces you to be accurate... so the material has to be dense or the arrow will fly through the target. The vitals are replaceable, which is great as they will wear out if you use it a lot. I only use it on my last group... 'do or die' just like in the field.
