The Great Divide Tripod from Bog isn't too bad overall for the price. However, there are multiple design flaws that make it just okay instead of great. When the tripod is fully collapsed, the legs do not lock, so they can slide out. Otherwise the tripod itself is good. The pan head works, but is very basic and kind of choppy with its movements. The wing-nut-style tension bolts come loose when trying to move the head, and if you loosen them, the optic (spotting scope) flops around if you're not holding it. Overall it's a functional tripod and head, but Bog sure hypes up this setup way more than it produces.
