I have been using the Helium 20-inch Stick 4PK from Hawk Hunting with my Tethrd Mantis Saddle for over a year now. I live in New Hampshire and hunt Maine as well. I found that these sticks were a little heavy and bulky (especially with the straps). However, they are extremely sturdy and very quiet even in colder weather. I tried using the snap-together feature in sub-15 degrees temps, and all (not some) of the snap buttons broke off inside of each other. That feature was really cool but unfortunately, it didn't work well in New England cold .
This review sounds bad, but given the smaller price tag of these compared to a lot of the other sticks on the market, I would still buy these. Not to mention by making some of the common and easy modifications that are all over the internet, they get really good. I used Tethrd's versa straps which reduced the weight, bulk, and noise of the system tenfold. Some tape on the sticks and paracord loops for climbing made them really good without draining my wallet.
