Works perfect as a bench top tripod when using the wind vane

For the price, you can't beat this little tripod. It's perfect when using the wind vane or in conjunction with the clamp Kestrel sells here. I guess it could also double as a bench rest tripod for a small spotting scope, in a pinch..
