I was in the market for a 4 season tent and didn't find a lot of options. This one came at a great price, which is ultimately why I chose it over others. I used it 4 nights in Wyoming and Montana at the end of August and it seems to be well constructed.
The pros: It's a true 4 season tent. It has a separate rain fly making it nice to use in warm and dry weather where the rain fly isn't needed. The top has a mesh vent in it though, so even the slightest amount of rain is coming in if you're not using the rain fly. It's comfortably spacious for 2 people and essential gear inside and plenty of space in the vestibules to keep anything else. Although it has a lot of poles, it sets up pretty easily but I haven't done so in rain or snow yet. It has 3 doors and a vent on the 4th side which is nice to have multiple entry/exit options.
The cons: Weighing in at almost 10 lbs (over 10 lbs with the footprint), it is ridiculously heavy compared to other 4 season tents. I was camping near the car on the trip I used it on, so weight wasn't a concern. I wouldn't recommend it for long backpacking or hunting trips. The interior of the rain fly seemed to trap an abnormal amount of condensation overnight and was awkward to dry before packing. I would recommend keeping a sponge in the stuff sack to wipe it away before packing it up. It's also pretty bulky when packed but packs pretty easily.
