IRONWOOD 650 GRILL IS THE BEE'S KNEES

Ordered a Traeger Ironwood Series 650 Pellet Grill from Guidefitter at the beginning of the Summer and couldn't be happier. The only negative aspect of the transaction was with the freight company who delivered the grill. Their truck was too big for the switchbacks leading to our home so I had to meet the truck at the base of our mountain and haul the oversized box to our home. Once there I had to unload and muscle the oversized/overweight box onto my deck myself.

The unboxing, assembly, and seasoning was straight forward. We've smoked whole chickens, pork shoulders, baby back ribs, and beef brisket so far with perfect results. I'm not sure why we waited so long for this perfect addition to our cooking arsenal.
