I wanted a pair of lightweight hunting boots so I tried these Crispi boots. They fit really well from the 1st time I put them on. There is virtually no break in for these boots. They work well on most terrain. I would say they would not be best for steep mountain terrain. The one drawback I have is the lacing system, it takes a little while to get them cinched down. Once they are cinched and tied, they feel really comfortable. I spend over 50 days a year out scouting/guiding and hunting myself. For most of those days here in central Texas, this boot fits my need for a very comfortable lightweight boot.
