During the Montana rifle season we live an die by our tripods. They get a lot of abuse from hiking in, packing out, constantly setting up an tearing down to get a better look a bucks and bulls through my swarovski spotting scope. Often times my hunters use the tripod as a rest as well. The bipod on their rifle isn't always enough an the tripod provides a great adjustable rock solid rest. With all that being said this is only this tripods second guiding season. It's had over ten kills off of it but this year it finally fell apart. Some of the seams just aren't up to par and the legs fell apart an no longer clamp. I use my equipment hard because it's a tool. For the average person I'm sure this would be great. I just need something a little tougher and unfortunately the manufacturer does not have much of a warranty to back their product.
