I needed a scope that would work well in most if not all types of rifle shooting. Whether for hunting large game at close ranges or varmints at long range. This scope will do it. Are there clearer scopes on the market - maybe. However you will pay three to four times as much for the same features. I like the first one so much I bought a second one so I now have one of each of the offered reticles.
The only thing that I can see that I wish was different is a hybrid of the two reticles. The BDC works very well for the large game due to the thicker cross hairs however the moa works better for longer range work due to the ability to estimate the range and the finer cross hair. If they would add the moa tick marks to the BDC reticle and make the center 2to3 moa of the reticle finer you would have a near perfect scope for all around use.
Keep in mind this is a second focal plane reticle scope so only on the highest power is the moa or BDC accurate, however both reticles are pretty easy to pick up quickly on low power.
