Crispi Crossover Boots for the Win

These boots checked all of the boxes for me: lightweight, moderate height, full rand, leather, Gortex, etc. I used them during shed season and purchased with the intent of them being my summer and early season boots. In my opinion, the boots run about 1/2 size too large, due to that, I had some fitment issues. After searching long and hard, these were and still are the only boots on the market that I found that met my criteria. Home run on behalf of Crispi, just beware of sizing. Aesthetically, I don't like the lacing going all the way to the tip of the toe box. It doesn't seem to be functional and makes them appear longer than they are and a little clownish. My wife agrees that they look a little ridiculous, so you may not want to wear them to the bar to pick up chicks.
