The best entry-level dehydrator on the market

As I just started processing all my own game in house this year, I was hesitant about all the major investments that comes along with that. I decided to test the waters with this simple dehydrator and I was very impressed with the performance. It's probably hard to mess up jerky, but it came out amazing so I have nothing but great things to say about this. My only regret is that I didn't get a larger dehydrator, so I ordered another one from Weston!
