I was a little hesitant to order a tripod to glass off of with my Vortex Kaibab HD 18x56 binoculars but after talking to many different friends who love glassing from a tripod with Binos I figured I'd try it out!
So far I am blown away with this tripod. One of my favorite things about this carbon tripod is how light it is, yet how stable it is too. Weight is huge for me with some of the areas I hunt I count ounces getting in there and weighing in at a little over 3 pounds this tripod is a workhorse. The easy adjust legs are great for a fast quick set-up which I am a huge fan of, I can't count how many times when I've spotted a bull or buck in a small opening in the timber and couldn't get my tripod set up quick enough to see them with my spotting scope. The only downfall to this tripod is it is a little bulky folded up, but that is a small price to pay for the height it extends to and the speed it sets up, not to mention once it is set up, even fully extended it is rock solid! I would recommend this tripod to anyone looking for a tripod of any style, spend the extra money now and you won't be dissapointed.
I also ordered the Kaibab binoculars with this tripod and the only thing I'm upset about is not getting high-powered binoculars sooner. My first worry with ordering a set of high powered Binos was the weight and that I wouldn't be able to see stuff close to me well. That is not the case, the kaibabs are still moderately light-weight considering the magnification. They focus quick and will be a game changer for glassing this spring for bears where a normal set of 10x42's just won't quite cut it. I have spotted countless bears and made the haul to get in on them just to realize they're sows with small cubs, I am hoping these Binos will substantially decrease that from happening. So far I have used them shed hunting and spotted countless whitetail sheds from 200+ yards. If you want to save yourself some hiking this spring or fall I would definitely recommend ordering the Vortex Ridgeview Tripod along with the Kaibab 18x56 Binos. You won't regret it!

The tripod folds down short enough glassing while seated on flat ground is a breeze, as well as easily adjustable leg angles make all those weird angled adjustments easy.

I'm 6'2" and finding tripods tall enough I can glass standing has always been hard, until now!
