Exceeded expectations!

I was more than a little apprehensive about trying the new MagView S1 Adapter. I've tried multiple phone adapters in the past, and each one left me disappointed, some more than others. MagView hit an absolute homerun on this one.

The point that stands out the most to me is the simplicity of it. All the system consists of is a magnetic attachment for the eye piece of the spotter and a metal plate that attaches directly to your phone or phone cover. No junk plastic. No inconvenient cases that you have to move your phone in and out of. Just grab your spotting scope and your phone, and you're all set. The eyepiece also acts as a quality cover for the rear lens when not in use.

I'm hard on my gear, so I'm always looking for quality products made from tough materials that I don't have to worry about breaking. The eye piece with rare earth magnets is extremely durable. The magnets are VERY strong, so there's no concern about your phone falling from the eyepiece. Attach that to the metal plate that goes onto your phone and you have a simple system that you don't have to be concerned about breaking.

Setting up the S1 is really simple and only takes a couple of minutes. Magview even has a great video on their youtube channel if you need help with the set up.

The S1 is definitely a step up from adapters past!
