Just used these boots for a 10 day backcountry backpack hunt. I'm 170lbs, and break in took roughly 40 miles for movement/ankle flex expected with this type of boot (should be easily hit with any conditioning pre hunting season). The grip in creek crossings and sloped terrain was great (one other guy in my group ordered the same pair and had the same opinion). Toe box was great for both of us, but I always order boots a half size up for sock layer/toe room for cold weather (I never use insulated boots). Great boot. Will recommend to family/friends for mountainous treks. Be sure to maintenance the boots!
1.5yr update: I do have two different sets of boots to alternate scouting with in OK. Boots are still going strong. I do regular boot maintenance to care for the materials. Would still recommend.
