Great scope

This is a great scope. I was wavering between the Vortex LHT and this one. My final 2 deciding factors were the 34mm tube and glass clarity. This went on a custom 300prc so I wanted the added elevation and the clarity of my B.2 11x45's let me know that Maven is great glass.

Here's the pros: love the reticle, Great glass, Light weight but solid built, Zero stop works great, Lots of travel in turret

The cons: I like custom turrets and your options are limited, I ended up with Kenton turret tapes. They work great but I would have liked something a little more permanent.

What I don't care about: the illuminated reticle works great but I am really not a fan of any of them. If they offered a $50 cheaper non illuminated version I would go that route.

After shooting next to a friend with an LHT I am glad I went with this scope. Yes it's a little bigger but it is still going to the backcountry without hesitation. If you are thinking about this scope, think no more and buy it today without any reservations. You would need to spend double to get a scope that can compete with this one.
