Time saver.

Previous to purchasing this grinder, I was using a Kitchen Aid grinder attachment which works fine for small batches less than 2 pounds, if I had 20 pounds or more of meat to process it would take hours. With this grinder I can grind 40 pound of meat in less than 20 minutes. Another advantage of having a grinder this size is its ability to feed larger pieces of meat, further saving time because you don't have to cut the pieces so small. The quality of this grinder is excellent and it has tons of power. The only thing I don't like about this machine is the weight, coming in around 70 pounds, you don't want to lift it with your back. I highly suggest this grinder if you are consistently processing game or livestock.
I wish I bought this grinder a long time ago, it's a huge time saver.
