Montana Early Season Archery Elk
I've spent my whole life in the Midwest chasing whitetail and waterfowl. Archery hunting has been a passion of mine since I was first able to draw a bow back when I was in college I had the opportunity to go to Colorado on an early season archery elk hunt. I was fortunate enough to harvest a 5x5 on my first Colorado trip and I was hooked from then on. Last year I decided to put in for the Montana draw with my brother to see if we could draw an archery tag. We were able to draw a tag for Montana, so then the planning and preparation began. I've always been a gear nut and spend a lot of time on forums researching products. Below you will find a list of clothing and equipment I acquired for this trip.
