Good shoe

The reason why I chose to buy this shoe was the appearance of its ruggedness and possible comfort. When I got the shoe and put them on the comfort level was very high. There were no pinch points or slippage. That alone was impressive. I wore the shoe for about 10 days before I decided to take them on a hike in "mild" AZ back country. Mind you, that I am not a trail hiker. I am a back country hunter. I did 5 miles in some easy country with very few rocks and mild grades. The comfort was still there, but from what I could tell these shoes are great for someone who would use them on established trails, just maybe not so much for what I do. These shoes just have their limitations. I wear these shoes almost every day and really love them. They are an excellent walking shoe. I do recommend them to be used for what I believe they are designed for and I think you will be very pleased.
