Past anglers have caught in excess of 50 kings a day! Average fish weigh in at 10-55 lbs. The months of June and July are the best time to fish. We fish out of one of the very few private lodges on the river which is located about 3 miles away from other fishermen. This gives our clients a great opportunity to catch fish and relax in a true wilderness atmosphere with all the amenities. Other fish that call this river home are Dog or Chum Salmon, Humpey or Pink Salmon, Northern Pike, Rainbow Trout and Artic Grayling.

Montana • Montana's Big Horn River is rated as the top tail water fishery in the lower Forty-Eight States. Rainbow and Brown trout grow at a rate of 6 inches per year. An average 3 year old trout is between 15 to 18 inches with many over 20 inches. There are 32 miles of exceptional fishing on the Big Horn River. Our guides know the upper, middle and lower section of the Big Horn. The lower sections of the river are visited by few other outfitters. This allows our guests to utilize the whole river, taking advantage of smaller crowds or no crowds at all on lower Big Horn River.
