We are licensed by the Montana Board of Outfitters and hold a U. S. Forest Service special use permit under the direction of the Bitterroot National Forest. We also operate on small parcels of private land. Our hunts are 100% fair chase, with no game fences or guaranteed kill situations. We offer rifle and archery hunts for Elk, Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer, Bear, Mountain Lion, Moose, Bighorn Sheep and Mountain Goat. We offer full service combination hunts for the archery and rifle hunter, we are sure to have a hunting opportunity to suit your needs. Accommodations vary on different hunts from deluxe wall tent camps, cabins or trailer and in some cases modern motel facilities.

Montana • We do not overcrowd our camps and try to offer the best quality hunting experience. The area we hunt is located 90 miles west of Missoula, Montana. Our two camps are located 5 and 10 miles from base camp and are only accessible on horseback or by foot. The hunting area is approximately 20,000 acres of road less forest. Wall tents will be our living quarters during the hunting trip. The district we hunt out of is brow-tine bull only. We are not a high fence game ranch, all the hunting is fair chase. Most of our guides were raised here in Montana and have over 30 years of hunting and guiding experience to offer. We provide one experienced guide for two hunters.

Montana, United States • Our hunting area north of Yellowstone National Park has one of the best elk populations in the state, largely due to the fact that private ranches provide year-round food and secure habitat. In addition, when inclement weather arrives between mid-October and Thanksgiving, the hunting is often considered the finest in the world! For an area that has such good elk hunting, the deer hunting isn't too bad either! Montana state regulations do not allow us to hunt mule deer during the last two weeks of our rifle season. Therefore, while our first few hunts are elk/mule deer combination hunts, the last two hunts are elk/whitetail combination hunts or elk only hunts. Since mule deer hunting is not allowed during the peak of the rut when they are most vulnerable, we shoot some dandies during the early stages of the rut during our first three weeks of hunting season. Average mature bucks would be 20 to 24 inches wide, although we have taken several in the 30 inch class. In addition, we have taken voluntary steps in the past 10 years to manage our deer and elk herds for larger animals

In addition, the weather in Montana in September and early October is beautiful. These 6 day hunts generally run the second week of September through the second week of October. This is a combination hunt. Your license will allow you to shoot one elk and one deer. Typically the deer killed this time of year is a whitetail, as most of the mule deer we see this time of year are either does or immature bucks.

Montana, United States • The rifle hunts are 5 full days beginning around the end of October going through the week just before Thanksgiving. We take only 4 hunters per week and offer one on one, or 2 hunters per guide services depending on the conditions. White Sulphur Springs • Each hunt will vary with the ability of the guest. This is very physically demanding country and the more footwork you can handle, the better. Spring bear hunting in Montana is an enjoyable experience and the success ratio is high. We have a lot of bear on the ranch, ranging in color from black to blonde. Bear hunts are scheduled during mid to late May in our area. Archery hunts start in early September and run through the middle of October. By mid season, the bulls are in rut and become more and more visible as it peaks. Still hunting, tree stands, and drives are used. Rifle season opens late October and runs through Thanksgiving weekend. We have excellent Elk habitat creating an opportunity at for mature bulls. We concentrate our Deer Hunting to the last 3 weeks of November to capitalize on the rut.
