• We offer an some excellent hunting trips in the wilderness of Alaska. We have two exclusive concessions in the Wrangell St. Elias Park and Preserve. We stay in tents and have home cooked meals at base camp and freeze dried meals while at spike camps. • Two days hunting minimum. Late season pheasant hunts occassionally are even better than opening weekend hunts. The season runs from the third week in October through late December. Grouse hunting season runs from mid-September to late December. It's not an easy bird to bag but from Thanksgiving on, success improves. Beginning in 1995, because of a demand for milder weather hunts and coordinating with other hunts throughout North America, an early season preserve hunt is offered September first thru opening weekend. Grouse season runs concurrently with pheasant season and has a 3 bird/day limit.

• The Missouri River hills, the old Lewis & Clark trail, and our favorite, the South Dakota Badlands, provide excellent mule deer hunting. Success is 90% for trophy bucks.

• We are constantly looking for the toughest of all deer hunts, the California Blacktail Deer. We have just added the 37,500 acre Dye Creek Preserve to our lineup. Dye Creek offers a late G-1 season typically opening in late October and running 9 days through the first weekend in November. We offer three-day hunts that include lodging, food and transportation once at the location.
Our Tule Elk hunts all take place on privately owned ranches and are free ranging hunts. They generally take place in July-September of each year. The landowner vouchers are very limited and hard to come by. These vouchers give you the ability to purchase the tag without going through any kind of draw system for most would take decades to draw! All the hunts include airport pickup, transportation, food, lodging and guide service.
Our ranches represent some of the finest pig hunting in California and boast roughly an 90% success rate. These ranches range in size from 500 acres to over 35,000 acres.

• Winter trapline hunts - These hunts are conducted primarily by snowmobile in GMU's 13 and 20. I run three different traplines encompassing over three hundred miles. These hunts take place from Dec. - Mar.,
If the hunter would like an opportunity to harvest a Lynx or Wolverine they will have to come join me in the dead of the Alaskan winter (Dec.- Feb). I won't promise warm weather but I will guarantee you some of the most scenic snowmobiling on earth and lots of it!
Wolf hunting alaska style is always rewarding. We will do some calling for predators as well as setting traps and snares in locales that are likely spots to produce results. Typically we will snowmobile between 50-150 miles a day in search of Wolves, Wolverine, Lynx, Coyote and Fox. If you are looking to only do wolf hunting in Alaska then later in the winter is the prime time.
We will stay at several of my cabins for two and three day stints looking for predators to call and/or trap.

• Guided Hunt
When you step into the field on one of these hunts you will be accompanied by an expert guide and some of the finest shorthair pointers to be found anywhere. Your dog is always welcome. Shots are guaranteed and you can choose to hunt either pheasant,or quail.
Self Guided Hunt
This option is for the hunter who has an experienced dog and doesn't need or want to hunt with a guide. This hunt allows the guest to take either 5 pheasant or 12 quail. Extra birds may be purchased as well. This is also an excellent chance to work a young dog or a seasoned dog prior to the regular hunting season to prepare for opening day.
European Shoot
This is an exciting option offered by Bluestem and guarantees the participant an experience they won't soon forget. In the Euro, the shooter takes pass shots as the birds fly over his station or blind.

• We also offer deer hunts with a variety of prime whitetail habitat locations. We are able to accommodate hunters through both rifle and archery season, as well as black powder.
Spring turkey hunting is a great option as well with much of the same land advantages. We can assist with guiding you toward this opportunity or you can try your own luck as a self guided option.

• We hunt the west central and southern part of the state. This is a great hunt because the hunter is allowed to harvest 6 different types of game. We try to focus on those counties that the hunter has a good chance of havesting a nice mature deer, wild boar, turkey, javelina, bobcat and a coyote. This is one of our most popular hunts we offer. Hunts are in the months of October, November and December.
If you are looking for a true challenge, then the Rio Grande turkey is it. We prescout all areas where the hunt will take place and set our hunters out each morning and let them do their own calling. Hunts are in the month of mid March thru mid May.
Whether you are looking for some meat to fill the freezer or a trophy to hang on the wall, this hunt has it all. Any minute you can be looking down the barrel at a 200 pound plus trophy wild boar or a pack of a dozen or more in the 100 pound range.

• This is one hunt where the hunter is truly tested with his skills against nature. Whether working mouth calls or electronic at any moment you could be face to face with a trophy of a life time. Texas offers a large variety of different species (bobcat, coyote, badger, fox and mountain lion). Hunts are conducted year-round.

• At Top Gun Guide Services we offer excellent waterfowl hunts with access to thousands of acres in the Devil's Lake area in the North Central, South Central, and South Eastern portion of the state.
We hunt waterfowl in the mornings and afternoons. Fall field hunts for Snows/Blues, Canadas, and Ducks are from layout blinds and are usually groups of 2-6 clients and one guide. Spring goose hunts are from blinds and locations will vary depending on the migration of the birds. We will arrange a variety of hunts to suit the interests of your group, and generally do not mix parties unless you have less than 6 hunters.
North Dakota is legendary for being the best goose and duck hunting in the Lower 48! We shoot Canada Geese and a lot of Snow Geese in the spring. We shoot mixed limits of ducks including Mallards, Pintails, Teals, Widgeons and just about every duck that travels the Central and Mississippi flyways! Every birds shot is processed and can be taken home.

• Top Gun Guide Services' Canada goose hunts in Minnesota are in all located in the prime funnels around Ortonville, MN (western) and Rochester, MN (south eastern). The majority of our fields have 7 two-man pits that are individually wired with buzzers or freelanced with layout blinds. Top Gun pit fields boast a unique pit-lid system which allows you to be totally concealed but have full visibility of decoying geese in your face. When the pit fields are not an option we offer the opportunity to hunt on the X.
Top Gun Guide Services hunts near Ortonville, MN which is a large staging area for Canada geese and Mallards in western Minnesota, Ortonville is near Lac qui Parle and borders South Dakota. This is arguably the best location in the state for a honker and mallard combo shoot!
We have four lakes that are managed for divers and puddle ducks. Additionally, pitted dry fields surround the property near the lake that stays open the latest when everything else freezes.
