Black River Valley Outfitters
Starting from $200.00
New York, United States There is something for everyone during our late season (2nd split) of Late October through December. In late October and Early November wood ducks, mallards, blacks and other puddlers is what will typically fill the bag. As the season progresses and temperatures drop, big water hunts for divers and sea ducks begin, and we will hunt smaller marshes and private waters/land for migrating mallards and blacks. Canada geese are plentiful throughout the season, and on an average late season goose hunt we will see thousands of geese migrating in large flocks as they journey south. Field hunts for geese can also produce mixed bags with ducks, and on occasion snow geese may present yet another opportunity. We are in a "Flyway Highway", a main migration route for waterfowl as they migrate south. It is truly a waterfowler's paradise!
Starting from $200.00
New York, United States The early season (1st split) of our duck season in October is prime time for early migrating birds. Wood ducks are our most popular birds in the bag in early October, but most hunts will have bags that also consist of other species, such as mallards, blacks, green and blue winged teal, pintail, wigeon, and sometimes the occasional diver! We have even harvested Brant during our early season duck hunts! Trophy drake wood ducks with spectacular plumage are very common, and are usually the target of most of our early season hunters. We spend a lot of time hunting both private leases, and public water during the early season. Most of our public water during the early season is hunted from privately leased shoreline. There are times, when the conditions are right, where a field hunt can present itself as well. Our area of the state is a "Flyway Highway", and when these early migrators move through and mix with our resident ducks, the gunning is very good and makes for a fast paced hunt!
Starting from $250.00
New York, United States What is it about spring snow goose season that people crave? Is it the vortex of geese? The large decoy spreads? Or maybe the high bag limit and unplugged shotguns? What could possibly be better right? How about hunting dark geese, "snow goose" style?! Thats right! New York has some of the most liberal limits and regulations for resident Canada Geese, including UNPLUGGED SHOTGUNS and a 15 BIRD PER PERSON daily bag limit! Whats even better, is these young early flyers respond to calls and decoys much better than snows! What happens mid season when the local birds wise up to the hunting pressure? Well, that's typically when we start to see our first waves of "migrators". Fresh birds, many times in larger flocks, keep our hunts rolling through the month. If a sore shoulder is what your looking for, look no further! We have just the spot for you!
Starting from $300.00
New York, United States At Black River Valley Outfitters we are proud to offer Eastern Turkey hunting at its finest! Our spring turkey hunting begins the 1st of May and continues throughout the month. In New York, we are only permitted to hunt until noon, so all hunts begin before sunrise and end at noon. The afternoons are spent scouting for the next mornings bird, and hunters are always welcome to accompany us during afternoon scouting. Our spring turkey hunts take place mostly in agricultural areas, leased and managed exclusively by BRVO or BRVO staff. We manage our flocks to produce mature, trophy quality toms each spring. Our season is usually fully booked months in advance, so if a spring turkey hunt is what your after, do not hesitate, call us today!
From $125.00 to $175.00
New York, United States Our spring snow goose hunts begin at sunrise and end one half hour before sunset. Snow geese are the ultimate challenge for waterfowl hunters. These white devils have proven to be one of the toughest birds to harvest, especially the greater snow goose, which is the subspecies that makes up a large percentage of our migratory flocks in the Atlantic flyway. These birds have adapted to many hunting methods, which is partially what makes them so difficult to kill. To make our hunts successful, we have simply adapted our hunting strategies. Timing and location are the two most important factors with spring snow geese. We monitor the migration movement of these birds up the Atlantic flyway until they hit the Canadian border in order to time our hunts perfectly. Our hunting locations through the flyway are strategically located, as to put our decoys and hunters directly in the middle of the spring migration route.

Comre Safaris
New York, United States South Africa is arguably one of the greatest success stories of African Wildlife Management where conservation programmers over the last fifty years has resulted in certain species being brought back from near extinction and now offer huntable surpluses. Namibia is one of Africa's top hunting and wildlife sightseeing countries. Its enormous size, one of the lowest populations in the world with resultant incredibly low population density and abundant wildlife, qualify it as an outstanding hunting and safari paradise. For the Hunter who wants more than just trophies, but also to enjoy true traditional track hunting, Mozambique offers the ultimate experience. One of Africa's best kept secrets, Zimbabwe, this jewel of a country is still producing some huge elephants and leopards.
New York, United States The emphasis of our Wingshooting Safaris is to provide our clients with a wide variety of quality shooting experiences and the opportunities to collect a number of different African Waterfowl and Upland Game Birds. Our population management strategies do not allow for anything other than reasonable bag limits; the reason for this is that we only hunt free living, wild game birds.
New York, United States The Huge Spurwing Goose, the noisy and colorful Egyptian Goose as well as the Mallard-like Yellow Billed Duck are the mainstay of our Waterfowl shooting. Other species like Redbilled, Cape and Hottentots Teal, African Shelduck, White Faced Whistling Duck, Knob Billed Duck are shot using decoys from blinds with lead shot. Our waterfowl are not migratory and in many areas are classified as crop damaging wildlife.
